BOB Sport Utility is the ideal stroller for adventures outdoors off the beaten track. It comes with a fixed front wheel to give you more stability hiking or jogging pneumatic knobby tires on high-impact polymer wheels and a hand brake to provide downhill control. It also features an easy two-step folding system that makes it easy to carry and store. This baby jogger has an adjustable handlebar to fit parents of all sizes, and an enormous canopy that features a peek-a-boo window so that you can watch your child. You can even pair it with a car seat for infants to make the ultimate travel system.
The only drawback to the BOB Sport Utility is its maneuverability which earned it the score of 6 out of 10. To turn this stroller, you must tip it back, which can be difficult in tight spaces such as stores and cafes. The stroller is easy to push on flat surfaces thanks to its excellent track and roll.
This stroller has single action brakes that are simple to use and sandal-friendly. It also comes with a deceleration handbrake that helps you to slow down when running and reduces the stress of having to use your feet. This feature has one downside that you must remove the brake handle to turn it on. This can be a hassle during running.
BOB also provides accessory adapters to fit a wide range of infant car seats on this stroller, making it a great option for families with several children. From removing the BOB Sport utility to being ready to go, it took us 5 minutes and 24 seconds.
4. Cybex Aton
Cybex is well-known for its premium seats and simple-to-use features. This seat is no different. It is one of our favorite infant car seats. It is one of our top infant car seats. This is due to its design and the fact that it is compatible with a variety of Cybex strollers, as well as other manufacturers of a Travel System. This seat has excellent safety features.
In our Infant Car Seats tests the Cybex Aton scores above average in both rear-facing and forward-facing installation and ease of use. It has a headrest that adjusts to 11 different height positions and a no-rethread strap that makes it easier to adjust the straps as your child grows. Cybex seats also feature an extra load leg at the base to limit the risk of a crash causing rotation and an anti-rebound feature to keep your child in the center of the seat.
The Aton is iSize-approved right from birth and can be used with Cybex Base M for an added level of safety. It also features an innovative side impact protection that is linear that absorbs and redirects forces of a collision away from your baby. The Aton's small shell might not be suitable for compact cars as other models. The canopy is also small and doesn't have a peek-aboo window.
Another downfall is the price tag. This is an expensive seat, especially when you consider that it performed well than most other seats in our tests. Fortunately, there are several other great options on the market with lower costs.
